Escrow Fee Refund Policy for Buyers

At DigkroMarket.com, our escrow system is designed to protect both buyers and sellers by ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability throughout the transaction process.

1. Eligible Refund & Fee Adjustment Scenarios

A buyer’s escrow fee shall be fully refunded under the following circumstances:

  • The seller provides inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading channel information.

  • The seller fails to grant the required access to the YouTube channel.

  • The seller voluntarily cancels the transaction.

  • Upon verification by the escrow agent, the channel does not match the details originally submitted by the seller.

In such cases:

  • The transaction will be officially canceled.

  • The buyer’s escrow fee will be refunded in full.

  • Alternatively, at the buyer’s request, the refunded fee may be credited or adjusted toward the purchase of another channel on the platform.

This policy ensures a secure and equitable transaction experience for all parties.


2. No-Refund Policy & Buyer-Initiated Cancellations

  • If a buyer cancels the transaction on or after the 7th day, which is the scheduled ownership transfer and transaction completion date, no escrow fee or paid amount will be refunded.

  • Any buyer-initiated cancellation after the 7-day escrow period will result in automatic deal termination without eligibility for a refund.

  • The seller will not receive payment only if the buyer fails to complete payment within the specified payment window.

This policy reinforces commitment to the agreed escrow timeline and protects sellers from last-minute or unjustified cancellations.
