1. Deal Creation
The buyer initiates the process by clicking “Create Offer”, submitting the YouTube channel details, and agreeing to the platform’s terms and conditions.
2. Seller Approval
The seller reviews the offer and, upon agreement, formally accepts the deal through the platform.
3. Secure Escrow Deposit
The buyer pays a 20% upfront deposit (minimum $25) to Market.DigKro.com. This amount is securely held in escrow and released only after ownership transfer conditions are met.
4. Escrow Channel Access
The seller adds the digkromarket.com escrow agent as a Channel Manager to begin the verification and ownership transition process.
5. Ownership Transfer in Progress
After 7 days, the seller transfers Primary Ownership of the YouTube channel to the escrow agent, ensuring the channel is secured and ready for final handover.
6. Final Payment
Once primary ownership is confirmed with escrow, the buyer completes the remaining 80% payment through the Market.DigKro.com platform.
7. Deal Completion
The escrow agent removes the seller, transfers full ownership to the buyer, and officially closes the transaction.
