  • Own or sell digital assets on behalf of sellers

  • Verify or guarantee the accuracy of information provided by users

  • Take responsibility for buyer or seller actions

All negotiations and transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers. DigKro Market may offer an escrow service to assist with transaction security but does not guarantee the quality, legality, or future performance of any listed asset.

2. Privacy Policy

We strongly encourage users to review our Privacy Policy to understand how personal data is collected, used, and protected while using DigKro Market.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.

  • Creating or maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

  • Users whose accounts have been terminated may not create new accounts.

4. Member Accounts

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

8. Escrow Service

DigKro Market may offer an escrow service to facilitate secure transactions.

Escrow Structure

  • Buyer pays 20% of the deal value to DigKro Market as an escrow service fee

  • This escrow fee is non-refundable once the process begins

  • Remaining 80% is paid directly to the seller

  • DigKro Market does not hold or control the final payment

  • Ownership transfer is conducted according to platform guidelines using a verified escrow agent

9. Payments

Payments are arranged directly between buyers and sellers. DigKro Market may charge platform and escrow fees for its services.

10. Transaction Cancellation & Refunds

DigKro Market reserves the right to cancel transactions if policy violations occur.

11. Dispute Handling

DigKro Market only mediates disputes related to escrowed amounts.

We are not liable for:

  • Channel demonetization after transfer

  • Platform policy violations by users

  • Revenue loss after ownership change

12. Platform Liability & Disclaimers

  • DigKro Market provides services on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis

  • We do not guarantee asset legitimacy, monetization, or future performance

  • DigKro Market is not responsible for actions taken by YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or other platforms

13. Termination of Accounts

DigKro Market may suspend or terminate user access at any time for violations or misuse of the Service.

14. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and materials are the exclusive property of DigKro Market and may not be reused without permission.

15. Limitation of Liability

DigKro Market shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits or data

  • Fraud or misuse by platform users
